What are Supply Chain Rotational Programs?

Supply Chain Rotational Programs are structured entry-level programs offered by companies to recent graduates or early-career professionals. Participants rotate through different roles and departments within the supply chain, such as procurement, logistics, operations, and planning, over a set period—typically 18 to 36 months. The goal is to provide broad exposure, develop key skills, and prepare individuals for leadership or specialized positions within the organization. These programs often include mentorship, training sessions, and networking opportunities. Upon completion, participants are usually placed in a permanent role that aligns with their strengths and interests.
