Role Summary The Logistics Supply Chain Project Manager drives the delivery of supply chain improvement initiatives within the BridgeNet 4PL program, owning project governance and workgroup coordination for Supply Chain Engineering-led opportunities. This role bridges operational supply chain expertise with structured project management discipline, ensuring that continuous improvement projects - including freight consolidation, inventory optimization, air-to-ocean conversion, and vendor rationalization - are delivered on time and to measurable business outcomes. The Logistics Supply Chain Project Manager collaborates with Logistics Supply Chain Engineers, Control Tower leadership, and Client stakeholders to translate strategic supply chain opportunities into executable project plans.

4. Key Responsibilities Own project governance and task management for assigned supply chain improvement initiatives including freight consolidation, inventory optimization, mode conversion, and vendor rationalization programs. Develop detailed project plans for supply chain engineering initiatives, defining milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and success metrics in alignment with program goals.

Coordinate across Control Tower, technology, procurement, and client workgroups to ensure timely delivery of interdependent supply chain project activities. Track and report project progress to the Principal Supply Chain Engineer and Supply Chain Engineering team, maintaining updated status reports, RAID logs, and action item trackers. Facilitate project kick-off sessions, working meetings, and tollgate reviews for supply chain initiatives, capturing decisions, actions, and stakeholder commitments.

Support value realization tracking by maintaining savings registers and benefit measurement frameworks aligned to the 13 program opportunities. Proactively identify and escalate risks to supply chain project delivery, including data availability gaps, resource constraints, and stakeholder misalignment. Partner with Supply Chain Engineers on analytical workstreams, supporting data gathering, baseline development, and KPI framework establishment.

Assist in developing supply chain business cases, implementation roadmaps, and executive-level presentation materials for SteerCo review.EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 5-8 years in supply chain operations, logistics management, or project delivery with demonstrated experience in continuous improvement or transformation programs. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Solid understanding of global supply chain operations including freight management, inventory control, supplier management, and customs compliance

Proven project management skills with experience owning end-to-end delivery of supply chain improvement or transformation projects. Proficiency in project planning tools, data analysis, and supply chain reporting within TMS or ERP environments. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-party supply chain environments.

Analytical mindset with experience in baseline development, KPI tracking, and value realization measurement. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS PMP or APICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferred. Experience in oil and gas, energy, or industrial sector supply chain operations.
