Job description

We're looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor at our Sturgeon Bay, WI site to lead daily supply chain operations and support the efficient production of life-changing medical devices.

In this role, you'll oversee inventory, logistics, supplier performance, and a team of supply chain professionals to ensure materials are available when needed while driving continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily supply chain, inventory, shipping, and logistics operations.

  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering accountability and collaboration.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production.

  • Manage supplier relationships, delivery performance, and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.

  • Partner with production, planning, and procurement to support demand forecasting and material availability.

  • Analyze KPIs and supply chain metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements.

  • Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and service levels.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Previous supervisory experience leading warehouse, shipping/receiving, or supply chain teams.

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.

  • Ability to move throughout the facility and spend time on the production floor.

  • Prolonged computer use with occasional standing, walking, and interaction with employees and equipment.


M-F flexibility between 7am-6pm and fully onsite.
