We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, work-from-home professionals, gamers, and more. Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager leads Purchasing, Logistics, and Production Control to create an integrated, responsive, and scalable supply chain. This role is responsible for developing the people, processes, systems, and performance measures needed to improve material availability, inventory performance, production planning, supplier performance, logistics, and customer delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to:Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align Purchasing, Logistics, and Production Control with company objectives and improve visibility, responsiveness and accountability.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to incorporate customer demand, backlog, and business priorities into demand planning and forecasting.
  • Develop and manage Sales and Operations Planning process.
Leadership, Development & Continuous Improvement
  • Build high-performing teams through clear expectations, coaching, accountability, and development.
  • Create a culture of collaboration, urgency, continuous improvement, and ownership of results.
  • Lead supply chain improvement through standardized work, SOP development, root-cause problem solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Improve Epicor ERP configuration and use, including MRP settings, planning parameters, data discipline, and workflows.
  • Develop dashboards and management routines using Power BI, advanced Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Identify practical automation and AI opportunities that improve decision-making, efficiency, and scalability.
Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Develop domestic and international suppliers to improve capacity, quality, cost, lead time, and supply continuity.
  • Establish supplier scorecards and business reviews addressing quality, delivery, responsiveness, cost, and risk.
  • Drive cost-reduction and value-improvement initiatives while maintaining product quality and reliable supply.
Production Planning & Inventory Management
  • Lead master scheduling, capacity planning, production scheduling, material planning, and MRP execution.
  • Set and manage production priorities in coordination with Operations and other stakeholders.
  • Own inventory-level strategy, safety-stock policies, MRP parameters, and related planning controls.
  • Own inventory management including stockouts, E&O, expedites and inventory accuracy through ABC analysis, cycle counting, physical inventory and root-cause/corrective action analysis.
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
  • Provide leadership for shipping, receiving, warehousing, transportation, and inventory-control activities.
  • Select and manage freight carriers and third-party logistics partners.
  • Improve freight utilization, transportation cost, on-time delivery, and overall material flow.
  • Ensure effective import/export practices and compliance with applicable trade and customs requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading purchasing, planning, inventory, logistics, or related supply chain functions.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP, production planning, forecasting, inventory management, supplier negotiations, and international sourcing.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools.
  • APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

OFFICE HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
