Job description

Support and drive strategic initiatives within the Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. In this role, you will oversee complex supply chain projects, monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions that improve productivity, quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.


The ideal candidate is a highly analytical supply chain professional with strong SAP expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience managing Line of Balance (LOB) creation and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and continuous operational improvement.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects within the Aerospace business.

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop effective corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Create and maintain Line of Balance (LOB), Clear To Build reports and related planning tools.

Utilize SAP to analyze supply chain data, track project milestones, and support operational decision-making.

Develop project tracking mechanisms, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance and progress.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership.



Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Strong SAP experience with the ability to analyze and manage supply chain data.

Experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) reports & Clear To Build reports

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

Pivot Tables

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

Data analysis and reporting

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.

Experience leading cross-functional project teams.

Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain processes and operational metrics.

Continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
