The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain will be responsible for supporting and elevating daily operations across multiple internal and external teams within Supply Chain and Fulfillment. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Assistant Manager will manage day-to-day operational execution, workflow coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement initiatives to support both immediate operational demands and long-term efficiency goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong operations and supply chain background and proven experience executing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while demonstrating leadership potential, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams through accountability, structured execution, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
  • Support and oversee daily Supply Chain operations, including order flow management, backlog monitoring, vendor coordination, and workflow optimization
  • Collaborate across multiple internal departments (e.g., Operations, QC, Customer Service, Fulfillment) and external partners to ensure seamless execution and prevent disruptions
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, track volume trends, and maintain structured reporting to support informed decision- making
  • Build and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms using advanced Excel functions
  • Balance workload across teams to maintain productivity, efficiency, and service-level expectations
  • Provide leadership presence on the floor when needed, proactively addressing bottlenecks and supporting issue resolution
  • Lead team meetings, operational check-ins, and cross-functional updates with clarity and professionalism
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives to ensure team members understand expectations, tools, and workflows
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to promote accountability and continuous development
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement structured process improvements to strengthen execution and visibility

Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, dashboards)
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with structured problem-solving approaches
