Job description

In this senior leadership role, you will lead developing the supply chain strategy and its successful implementation for a high growth business. The leader should be both strategic and tactical in leading this function for the long-term growth.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process:
  • Ensuring alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.

Demand Planning:
  • Gather and analyze data to support accurate demand forecasting.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through improved service levels.
  • Reduce inventory costs by aligning forecasts with actual demand.
  • Enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.

Supply Planning:
  • Execute material requirements planning and production scheduling.
  • Manage inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency.
  • Optimize resource utilization and mitigate supply chain risks.

Performance Reporting:
  • Develop and present key performance indicators KPIs) related to demand and supply planning.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives, highlighting KPIs, trends and actionable recommendations.

Team & People Management:
  • You will work in a professional, highly motivated, and passionate team of integrated supply chain professionals serving our customers around the globe.
  • You will lead, mentor and develop a team of Demand Forecasting, Production Planning and Materials professionals and build strong teams that thrive in collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement.

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Business Management.
  • 15+ years experience leading teams with experience in production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience with supply chain management implementation.
  • ASCM certification, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (<25%).
