What you'll do:
The Industrial Supply Chain Senior Manager requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage dynamic operational schedules, transportation changes, and customer needs in real time. The role will also support development of the systems, reporting, and operational processes needed to scale Divert's industrial platform.

  • Validate material acceptance against plant capabilities, operational constraints, customer requirements, and available capacity; ensure all required information is in place before committing to execution
  • Determine transportation approach for each service order - prioritize Divert fleet assets and escalate to third-party logistics providers when capacity, timing, or cost makes that the better path; work from the vetted 3PL vendor pool to obtain quotes, confirm availability, and select the best option, owning cost discipline in that decision

  • Drive development of scheduling tools, reporting processes, and operational analytics - identifying manual workflows that consume time and capacity, defining requirements, and actively partnering on system improvements that unlock efficiency and cost performance
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities across scheduling, transportation coordination, data management, and execution workflows, translating operational experience into scalable processes that support the growth of Divert's industrial platform

What we're looking for:
