The Warehouse Administrative Assistant position is located in Braselton, GA.
You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

  • Create reports as requested by the departmental manager, conduct root cause analysis and summarize data pulled from various dashboards as needed to drive improvement
  • Perform a variety of job functions using the following systems - MS Word, Excel Access and Outlook; Crystal Reports, QlikView, OMS, Yard View and PKMS.
  • Conduct order research and composed professional email responses to all department inquires received
  • Confirm customer delivery windows and expectations, following up to review delivery experience
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls, ensure all department paperwork is completed accurately and daily
  • Coach and cross-train on all daily functions to help strengthen team knowledge and awareness of proper processing of daily transactions
  • Multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and reports
  • Keep work area safe, organized and clean according to general warehousing/office practices and OSHA requirements daily
  • Utilize Williams-Sonoma's Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities while maintaining required accuracy percentages, metrics and quality standards
  • Other duties as deemed necessary

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience
  • This is an onsite and in office role
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team - performing whatever duties are necessary
  • MS Office Proficient: Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced - must be able to demonstrate examples)
  • Experience working with OMS, PKMS, QlikView, and Yard View
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary
  • Ability to multitask using multiple systems to achieve on-in customer call resolution
  • Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing daily workload/projects in a timely manner
  • Works well without supervision and is willing to cross train other job functions as needed to support company goals
  • Acquire/Demonstrate WSI product knowledge for all brands
  • Proven leadership and critical thinking skills
  • Flexible to work overtime as required
  • Detailed oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced office environment
