Summary

In this position you will help advise on international supply chain optimization projects for existing and potential DSV customers, work with the latest Supply Chain Management approaches and tools and ensure that we continuously look for ways to improve our analytical competencies and capabilities.

As an Analyst, you will be working closely with the other analysts and advisors and be part of a global team. You will take lead on analytical tasks (e.g. network, transport, and warehouse optimization problems) related to specific customer projects as well as assist and drive internal projects that will enable us to take our supply chain capabilities to the next level.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute analytical workstreams on optimization projects with existing and potential DSV customers
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities and strategies to optimize service, efficiency, and cost
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners within optimization projects
  • Present complex analysis results clearly and concisely
  • Translate analytical results into tangible actions and recommendations
  • Utilize supply chain management software and tools to support data analysis and decision-making
  • Help define and develop new data analysis tools and services

Educational background / Work experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics/Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, consulting, or related field post-graduation
  • Experience with data analysis and supply chain modeling (network/transport/inventory or similar)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in performing data analysis
  • Knowledge of supply chain management concepts and practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to make data-supported recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools
  • Familiarity with optimization theory and location modelling is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Language Skills

For this position, the expected base pay range isย $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
