About the Role
The colleagues is responsible for supporting and executing high-impact initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency, network capabilities, and organizational resilience. This role is regarded as the project and process expert within the Supply Chain Excellence function, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly impact the supply chain organization of ~100 people and indirectly influence ~12,000 employees across the business.
With in-depth expertise in process improvement, this role is accountable for developing governance frameworks, managing multiple project portfolios, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. The position requires conceptual and innovative thinking to solve unique problems, sophisticated stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive organizational change at scale
Your Team
This role will report to the Director, Supply Chain Projects.
What You Will Do
a. Standards
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Supply Chain (SC) standards playbook (e.g., BMS) to ensure global accessibility and compliance.
  • Define process indicators to support deviation analysis and drive global performance optimization.
  • Identify and replicate best practices from high-performing teams across SCM.
  • Lead with minimum guidance continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Co-develop training programs

b. Processes
  • Map and analyze current end-to-end SC processes using tools like flowcharts and process mapping.
  • Optimize cross-functional processes across Demand & Supply Planning, Supply Framework, Logistics, Inventory, and Plant Logistics.
  • Promote global standardization of processes, policies, and metrics.
  • Simplify processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Represent SCM in all internal and external audit activities.
  • Lead process improvement workshops using formal problem solving tools (e.g. 8D, etc.)

c. System Requrements
  • Co-Define system requirements, including planning, analytics, and operational tools.
  • Co-Lead implementation and global deployment of SC systems aligned with business needs.
  • Support digital transformation through AI, data analytics, and automation.
  • Evaluate and recommend new systems not currently in use within SCM.

d. Projects
  • Support and deliver end-to-end SCM and cross-functional projects as defined by the business.
  • Ensure project execution meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Support SCM and cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert, core team member, or SCM representative.

What You Need to Be Successful
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or management consulting.
  • Technical expertise in project and program management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean PMO).
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, with in-depth knowledge of IBP and S4HANA highly preferred, along with expertise in Microsoft applications and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including strong hands-on usage; prior involvement in SAP IBP implementation projects is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects with substantial impact on business operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
  • Experience in managing external vendors and driving accountability in complex supply chain projects.
  • Resilience and adaptability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
