Job description

Job Title: Supply Chain Campaign Planner
Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)
As a Supply Chain Campaign Planner, you will serve as the primary Supply Chain point of contact for assigned customer programs, ensuring material plans, inventory strategies, and campaign requirements are aligned to support successful delivery. Acting as a bridge between customers, Program Management, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, you will coordinate activities, identify risks, drive mitigation plans, and communicate updates to key stakeholders. This highly collaborative role combines supply chain planning, project management, and customer engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys leading cross-functional initiatives and solving complex operational challenges.
This role follows a Monday-Friday normal business-hours schedule.

What you will do:
  • Serve as the primary Supply Chain representative for assigned customer programs and campaigns
  • Own the overall supply chain plan, ensuring materials are available to support customer and manufacturing requirements
  • Partner with customers, Program Managers, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to coordinate campaign activities and priorities
  • Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to resolve material, inventory, and scheduling challenges
  • Manage and maintain planning parameters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and supply chain data within ERP systems
  • Develop and track material availability, inventory, and supply chain performance metrics
  • Coordinate safety stock strategies to support contractual commitments and production schedules
  • Support customer meetings by providing supply chain updates, timelines, risk assessments, and action plans
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, planning effectiveness, and supply continuity

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials management, scheduling, operations, or a related function
  • Strong customer-facing experience, including managing customer expectations and building successful relationships
  • Experience serving as a key point of contact for projects, programs, customers, or business-critical activities
  • Experience coordinating across multiple functions to deliver complex projects or operational objectives
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, ERP systems, inventory management, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Project or program management experience preferred
  • Manufacturing, supply chain planning, or vendor management experience preferred
  • APICS CPIM certification is a plus
