New Products Supply Chain Manager / New Product Launch Manager

King of Prussia, PA area

My client, a growing medical device company focused on musculoskeletal solutions, is hiring a leader to manage new product launches from concept to market. This role sits at the center of the business, working across product development, marketing, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain to bring innovations that improve patients' lives to reality, on time and on budget.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage new product launches, aligning commercial, financial, and operational plans
  • Oversee supply planning, working with purchasing and vendors to build accurate timelines
  • Lead make vs buy decisions, quoting, design for manufacturing, and vendor negotiations
  • Manage market introduction plans from pre launch through post launch approval
  • Track forecast versus actual sales for six months after each launch
  • Lead a team covering project management, demand planning, and supply planning
About you

  • Comfortable coordinating timelines and communication across product development, marketing, finance, and manufacturing
  • Skilled at vendor negotiation and sourcing / quoting processes
