business objectives, customer requirements, and growth plans.· Translate business strategy into executable supply chain plans that drive service, productivity, resilience, and operational excellence.· Balance customer service, inventory investment, and total cost-to-serve through effective planning and disciplined execution.· Represent supply chain capabilities across short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning horizons.· Serve as a key contributor in shaping business strategy, long-term operational priorities, and global competitiveness.Lead Operational Excellence, Capacity, and Network Optimization· Establish performance targets and monitor key supply chain metrics to drive continuous improvement and benchmark performance against industry best practices.· Identify future capacity constraints and develop strategies to ensure long-term competitiveness, reliability, and customer support.· Drive network optimization, supply chain resilience, risk mitigation, and contingency managing complex supply chain networks and driving business results.· Strong business acumen with exceptional leadership, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.· Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and drive results in complex global environments.**Preferred Qualifications**· Experience leading or working within global supply chain organizations and cross-cultural
