Our client is the world's leading manufacturer of pavement preservation solutions and is seeking a Supply Chain Master Planner to join their Corporate Supply Chain team in Chandler, Arizona.

This strategic role is responsible for developing and managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory, and distribution across multiple manufacturing facilities. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations, you will help ensure products are available when and where customers need them while driving operational efficiency and inventory optimization.

If you enjoy solving complex supply chain challenges, analyzing data, and improving business processes, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer demand, sales forecasts, inventory targets, and production capacity.
  • Optimize production planning and inventory levels to maximize customer service while minimizing manufacturing and inventory costs.
  • Analyze demand trends, inventory performance, and production constraints to support data-driven planning decisions.
  • Coordinate production priorities and inventory transfers across multiple manufacturing facilities.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to align production with business objectives.
  • Utilize SAP ERP, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Bill of Materials (BOM) data to support accurate planning and scheduling.
  • Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Prepare planning reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to improve service, inventory, and operational performance.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in supply chain planning, master scheduling, production planning, demand planning, or inventory planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred
  • Experience with SAP, MRP, MPS, S&OP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or APICS CPIM/CSCP certification.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI.
