Job Description:
Job Overview
The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end planning, materials management, and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing cost and operational efficiency. This role leads demand forecasting, production planning, and cross-functional coordination across supply, manufacturing, and customer teams
Please note: operations are currently based at a temporary site in Webster, NY. The team will transition to a permanent Rochester location (near RIT) upon completion.
Job Requirements
  • Lead demand planning, material planning, and inventory management processes
  • Drive KPI performance (inventory turns, DOH, service levels, lead time reduction)
  • Develop and execute production and supply plans aligned with business targets
  • Optimize supply chain processes and implement global SOPs
  • Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and global planning teams
  • Manage customer communication, delivery performance, and issue resolution
  • Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team to achieve operational excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization programs

What your background should look like
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 10+ years in supply chain/material planning within manufacturing or OEM

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $124,800 - $160,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
