These programs typically rotate participants through various departments, such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations, to provide a broad understanding of the supply chain process. Participants develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience working on real business projects. Upon successful completion, graduates are often placed in permanent supply chain roles within the organization.
