Participants in a Supply Chain Graduate Program typically rotate through various departments such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations planning. This structure provides hands-on experience with end-to-end supply chain processes and exposure to different teams and technologies. These rotations are designed to broaden your understanding of supply chain functions and help you identify areas where you excel, setting a strong foundation for future advancement.
