Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Location: Ontario, CA - Onsite

Job Summary: 

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports purchasing, inventory, logistics, and supplier activities to help ensure materials and products are available when needed. This role monitors orders and inventory, communicates with suppliers and internal teams, resolves supply chain-related issues such as delays, shortages, and damaged parts, and supports efficient, cost-effective supply chain operations. 

In this role, your primary responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • Communicate with outside distributors, manufacturers, and transportation providers.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and communicate updates to internal teams.
  • Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or damaged parts.
  • Collaborate with product line managers and the sales team to meet business objectives.

Requirements for Success:

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, or customer service.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as P21, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
