We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator


The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting the procurement-to-payment processes, which includes purchasing and accounts payable transactions, ensuring materials and services are purchased efficiently, received accurately, inventory controls compliant and paid in accordance with company policies and supplier agreements.



  • Assist with periodic inventory reporting activities and analysis. Support inventory counting activities as required.

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and audit inventory transactions

  • Assure proper document handling, reports & sampling in conjunction for external and internal audits to support PC&L and Purchasing activities

  • Analyze and reconcile supplier accounts on a periodic basis to ensure payables are updated, accurate and have proper time period recognition

  • Monitor general A/P email box and coordinate with buyers and requisitioners as required

  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues related to payments or invoices in a timely manner

  • Coordinate in a prompt and professional manner with procurement, receiving and external suppliers to resolve problems and discrepancies

  • Collect and process data to maintain departmental KPIs

  • Other related activities as required.


Education:



  • Education: Bachelor or Associates Degree

  • Major: Supply Chain, Accounting or Business Administration preferred

  • Prior experience in an international business environment


Work experience: 2+ year of purchasing experience in auto industry



  • Familiar with purchasing and accounting processes in the auto industry

  • Language: Proficient English language skills is required. Chinese proficiency is preferred.

  • Proficient with PC and Office tools.

  • High level of professionalism and accountability.

  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and self-motivated

  • Desire to continuously improve self and surrounding business environment.

  • Experienced in problem solving with a cross functional approach.
