A supplement company is a business that manufactures, markets, and sells dietary supplements such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, protein powders, and other nutritional products. These companies aim to support health and wellness by offering products that can complement a person's diet or address specific nutritional needs. Supplement companies must comply with regulations set by authorities like the FDA to ensure product safety and accurate labeling. They may operate online, in retail stores, or through third-party distributors.
