Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor, Birdseyeto join our team. In this role, you will be reporting into the General Manager of the restaurant while assisting with overseeing all food and beverage operations and ensuring an excellent dining experience. Your goal is to increase review engagement, enhance guest experience, and revenue and maintain a high level of employee engagement. Responsibilities
  • Manage food and beverage operations
  • Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Create menus while taking into account budget, customer demands, and availability of ingredients
