Job description

Work at one of the largest convention hotels in Downtown Minneapolis, connected to the city's skyway system and steps from the Minneapolis Convention Center.
At the Hilton Minneapolis, one of the largest hospitality destinations in the Midwest, the Lead Steward plays a vital role in supporting our culinary and banquet teams. From large conventions to elegant downtown events, this position ensures that kitchens, banquet spaces, and service areas operate efficiently, safely, and spotless at all times.
The Lead Steward sets the standard for cleanliness, organization, and teamwork while supervising stewarding staff and ensuring Hilton's high food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
Shift Pattern: Must have open availability to work morning, evenings, weekends and holiday
Pay Rate: $19.73 per hour plus eligible for .25% share of Banquet/Event gratuity pool for events that were booked after 1/1/26.
