Job description

Construction Supervisor – Marble Solutions

Marble Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on active job sites. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing construction projects, coordinating crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Experience in the stone industry (granite, marble, quartzite, etc.) is not required but is considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction crews on-site
  • Manage daily job site operations and scheduling
  • Ensure projects are completed according to plans and timelines
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Maintain job site safety and organization
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally as they arise
  • Monitor quality of work and ensure company standards are met

Requirements:

  • Previous experience running construction sites is required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews
  • Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with stone, marble, granite, or quartzite installations
  • Bilingual is a plus

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Some Saturdays may be required depending on project needs

Location:
Based in New Jersey with travel to various job sites.
