This position is responsible for the supervision of the investigation and handling of representation cases (R cases) of average complexity and a variety of unfair labor practices cases (C cases) which may range from simple to average complexity.Qualifications:

The candidate has extensive knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act. Excellent communication and analytical skills desired. Meticulous attention to detail is preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSApplicants must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level, which has provided them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of a Supervisory Labor Management Relations Examiner (Supervisory Investigator), at the GS-14 grade level.
Specialized experience includes:
- Experience communicating, both orally and in writing, authoritative recommendations to facilitate and explain information to agency-level stakeholders; and
- Experience with National Labor Relations Act and similar statutes to negotiate and prepare collective bargaining agreements; and
- Experience effectively coordinating operations leading a team involved in investigative and analytical work related to the field of labor law.
