Robertsdale Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Robertsdale, AL is seeking a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. Must ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, sanitary and comfortable manner and to ensure that an adequate supply of laundry and linens are on hand at all times to meet the needs of our clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a Supervisory capacity
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Must speak and understand English
  • Training in environmental control and operation of laundry equipment practices and procedures
  • Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly, maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect
