Join Our Team as a Construction Superintendent

Are you a proactive leader with a strong track record of managing construction projects from the ground up? We're seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations and serve as the vital link between project teams, subcontractors, and inspectors.

This role is critical to maintaining project momentum, safety, and quality from start to finish. If you're a deadline-driven professional who thrives under pressure and has a keen eye for detail-we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage on-site construction teams
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure projects stay on time and on budget
  • Coordinate subcontractors and project timelines
  • Enforce safety and quality standards across the site
  • Maintain site documentation, including RFIs and daily reports
  • Liaise with inspectors and regulatory agencies for approvals
  • Order materials and ensure proper use of equipment on-site
  • Keep the job site organized, compliant, and hazardโ€‘free
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (FAA project experience preferred)
  • HSPD-12 badge required (or ability to obtain)
  • Government Nuclear Experience Preferred (Aiken, SC)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), scheduling software, CAD/CAE
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Proficient with digital photography for documentation
