We are looking to hire a high-energy and kid-loving High Energy Soccer Coach for Preschoolers who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety and enrichment for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a teacher, nanny, daycare, youth leader, or camp leader), and genuinely loves children. This position is excellent for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in early childhood education, soccer coaching or child development. About the Company: Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete and capable of being something special. Requirements

Age Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old

Educational Requirements: High school diploma with some college (preferred)

Transportation: You must hold a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation as you could find yourself working at multiple locations in a day.

Schedule: The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.

Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Dallas County. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Required soft skills and professional skills:

  • Being physically active, punctual, and organized is part of life
  • Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 12 years old independently
