Familiarity with campaign finance software, digital advertising platforms, and Federal Election Commission (FEC) reporting systems is essential. A Super PAC (Political Action Committee) job typically involves fundraising, political advocacy, research, and media strategy to support or oppose candidates or policies. Employees may work on advertising campaigns, donor outreach, or compliance with election laws. These roles are often fast-paced and require strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Since Super PACs operate independently of political candidates, their work focuses on influencing public opinion through independent expenditures.

Working for a Super PAC often involves a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, especially during election cycles. The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) is the leading national voice for dignity, respect, and recognition for domestic workers in the United States.
