Responsibilities
As a Massage Therapist, you'll help clients improve their overall well-being through personalized therapeutic treatments while working in a supportive, therapist-focused environment designed for long-term career success.
  • Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each client's individual needs and wellness goals
  • Conduct client consultations, review health histories, and recommend appropriate treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely client session notes in accordance with company policies and state regulations
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and therapeutic experience for every client
  • Educate clients on self-care practices and wellness recommendations to support treatment outcomes
  • Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professional ethics
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Support a positive, collaborative team culture focused on client care and therapist well-being

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
  • Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
  • Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
  • We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.
