Job Description Summary

Join a dynamic, industry-leading team dedicated to keeping our customers safe, secure, and accessible! As a Fence Installer, you'll play a crucial hands-on role in site setup, utilizing power and hand tools to install and remove temporary fencing according to job specifications.

As a key representative of Sunbelt Rentals in the field, your focus on safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service will drive our success-even under tight deadlines. This is a physically active, outdoor role where no two days are the same. Complete training will be provided to set you up for success!

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Field Installation: Safely set up, maintain, and dismantle temporary fencing and accessories at customer sites.
  • Operational Accuracy: Accurately complete essential job paperwork (JHAs, site checklists, truck inventory logs).
  • Team Leadership & Navigation: Partner with Lead Fence Technicians and Operations Managers to navigate safely and efficiently to job sites.
  • Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace and company vehicle while consistently upholding safety protocols.
  • Professional Representation: Represent the company with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable performing heavy outdoor labor in various weather conditions and physically handling panels weighing 50-80 lbs.
  • Tool & Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (drills, power washers, post drivers, banding equipment).
  • Work Ethic & Drive: Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the motivation to get the job done right.
  • Reliable Transportation: Dependable personal transportation to reach job sites daily.
  • Bonus Qualifications (A Huge Plus!):
    • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record capable of passing a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) check (not required, but strongly preferred!).
    • Experience operating a forklift or one-ton truck.
Base Pay Range: $18.99 - 27.30

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt's policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
