Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Victorville, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs, conditions, and therapy goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities, to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programs as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families about physical therapy processes, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications that contribute to better outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to create comprehensive care programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with medical policies and insurance regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends and techniques in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical interventions, and chronic pain conditions. We cater to a diverse demographic, including athletes looking to return to their sport, seniors recovering from joint replacements, and individuals regaining mobility after accidents. Our team's focus on holistic patient care ensures that every treatment plan addresses not just physical limitations but also underlying factors such as education, emotional well-being, and personalized support.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid Physical Therapy License in California is mandatory.
• CPR Certification is preferred but not required at entry.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a private practice setting or rehabilitation center is highly desirable.
• Certification in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a diverse health care team.
• Proven track record of successful patient outcomes in orthopedic care.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits that include:
