Position Overview

Rising Sun Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Ontario, California. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their specific conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on best practices and patient goals, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques and educate patients on exercises to support their physical recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding patient's progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
• Monitor patient flow during therapy sessions to optimize efficiency while maintaining high care standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to a positive team atmosphere by actively engaging in team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes treating a diverse range of patients experiencing musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain conditions. You will be pivotal in assisting these patients in regaining mobility and improving their quality of life through tailored interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy License for California.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Proven expertise in orthopedic therapy, with a focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience in applying manual therapy techniques and a commitment to expanding your skill set.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Demonstrated capability to manage time efficiently, balancing patient care with documentation responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
