Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner I (HRBP), reporting to the Director of Human Resources at Summit Healthcare is a strategic influencing role responsible for aligning talent management and business solutions with the organization's goals. This position serves as a primary advisor to business leaders on critical issues such as employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance.
Essential Functions
In partnership and collaboration the Director of HR and Executive Leadership Team alignment:
โ€ข Strategic Advisory: Partner with leadership to drive business solutions and strategies that align with Summit Healthcare's mission and values.
โ€ข Talent Management: Lead succession planning, strategic workforce modeling, organizational design and leadership development to build team capabilities.
โ€ข Culture & Engagement: Collaborate and execute initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee retention, and high-performance team building.
โ€ข Data-Driven Solutions: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and develop data-backed recommendations for leadership.
โ€ข Integration Support: Collaborate on HR strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and system integrations.
Other Duties
โ€ข Champion system wide HR projects.
โ€ข Prepare presentations for teams.
โ€ข Participates in departmental and association wide informational meetings and inservices, including staff meetings, association wide forums, and seminars.

Physical Demands

Required Education and Experience
โ€ข Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field
โ€ข Experience: Typically requires 3-5+ years of progressively responsible HR management experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
โ€ข Certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or PHR is highly preferred.
โ€ข Prior Healthcare Industry Experience Preferred.
โ€ข Prior experience in ADHS and Joint Commission Surveys is highly desired.
