Job description

Join Summit Credit Union as a Senior Universal Banker for our Muskego branch and be the friendly face that inspires, connects, and supports our members every day!

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver accurate, prompt, and friendly service to members in-branch and via phone.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations, listen to members’ needs, and help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Advise on a variety of financial solutions, including lending and deposit products.
  • Build new and enhance existing member relationships.
  • Refer members to teammates for specialized assistance.
  • Complete branch operations tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of sales or customer service experience (or higher education in finance, sales, or marketing).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability, judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Active listening and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and accountability.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and financial concepts.
