Job Summary
Our Co-Ops receive top-notch applicable training in their focused area of study and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that will challenge and grow them every step of the way!
You will thrive in this role if you:
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organization and communication skills.
  • Exhibit solid attention to detail.

These skills will be used to:
  • Assist in acquiring or filing necessary documents to assist in land acquisition closings.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Legal Process Coordinator, Real Estate Paralegal(s), Legal Operations Manager, Real Estate Counsel(s) and General Counsel by obtaining and/or distributing internal documents.
  • Depending on experience and capabilities, they may also provide general assistance with data entry and/or analysis regarding community takedown commitments and community association documents.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Legal Study or related fields.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical demands and work environment:
  • Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
