As a Summer Worker, your daily responsibilities may vary depending on the industry and employer, but typically include assisting with administrative duties, supporting ongoing projects, and performing basic maintenance or customer service tasks. These roles are designed to provide hands-on experience while helping the team manage increased workloads during the busy summer period. By taking on these tasks, you help ensure that regular staff can focus on more specialized or critical assignments, making you an essential part of the team's success. Butler Snow's Summer Associate Program is a six week program occurring in the first-half of summer (mid-May through the end of June).
