Greenway Kia East is currently looking for an Automotive Sales Porter. This individual is outgoing and dependable. You will be in open communication with all sales managers and other managers regarding all vehicle inventory.


The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, a positive attitude and professional appearance, and great communication skills. Candidates must be willing and able to work in a non-climate controlled environment that includes enduring the heat of summer and the cold of winter and must be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles. Experience as a valet and/or knowledge of automotive servicing and repair is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by sales managers.
  • Assist with customer deliveries.
  • Ensure all vehicles have window stickers, vehicles are in good repair on lot.
  • Addresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as needed
  • Obeys posted speed limits at all times and all other rules of the road and operates vehicles with safety and the utmost care
  • Follows all safety and security procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience as a porter or service advisor preferred
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
  • Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
  • Must possess a mobile phone with internet access to use for business.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Strong customer service skills
