This regular, full-time teaching position for our 2025-2026 school year is at Kingman Unified School District's Hualapai Elementary School in Kingman, AZ. School administrators ensure robust support systems are in place for teachers and students, having reading coaches/interventions, a student achievement leader and access to technology in each classroom. The salary range for candidates with four or more years of teaching experience is $47,575 - $57,475. Performance Pay: In addition to base pay, certified teaching staff are eligible for an additional $4,500 in Prop 301 performance pay. One-Time Critical Needs Stipends (all critical needs stipends are pending appropriate teaching certification): Candidates offered and accepting critical needs teaching positions in math, science, and kindergarten may be eligible to receive a one-time $2,000 stipend.

Candidates offered and accepting critical needs teaching positions in special education may be eligible to receive a one-time $5,000 stipend Available Annual Stipends (annual stipends are pending appropriate teaching certification): To Qualify: * Bachelor's or more advanced degree from an accredited institution * An Identity Verified Print (IVP) fingerprint clearance card through Arizona Department of Public Safety, or ability to obtain prior to start date * Teaching certification through Arizona Department of Education: Standard Professional Elementary, K-8, Gifted endorsement * SEI, ESL or Bilingual Endorsement issued by Arizona Department of Education, within one year of hire Arizona offers an alternative path to certification for those with a Bachelor's or more advanced degree who would like to pursue a career in teaching.
