What you will accomplish with us
As a Student - Plan Administrator, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Preparing files to be sent to clients;
  • Reviewing files to ensure compliance;
  • Following up with clients by email to obtain missing information when required;
  • Entering client information into the system;
  • Processing simple financial transactions in the system;
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed.

  • We are looking for someone who:Is currently a CEGEP or university student in administration or a related field;
  • Is available to work 14-15 hours per week during academic sessions (daytime, Monday to Friday) and full-time during the summer;
  • Demonstrates strong learning agility and curiosity;
  • Can effectively manage stress in a fast-paced and evolving environment;
  • Is recognized for a positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills;
  • Is comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to communicate verbally and in writing, while carrying out administrative tasks, with English-speaking internal and external colleagues and partners across Canada on a daily basis;
  • Has excellent French communication skills, both spoken and written.
