About The Players League
The Players League is a rapidly growing summer collegiate baseball organization focused on player development, community engagement, and building modern, entertainment-driven baseball experiences.
Our mission is to create opportunities-for players, aspiring sports professionals, and local communities-by delivering a high-level on-field product and a dynamic, fan-focused atmosphere off the field.
Position Overview
The Players League is seeking motivated, high-energy individuals to join our team as General Interns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in the sports industry by working directly in the day-to-day operations of a collegiate baseball team.
Interns will be exposed to multiple areas of the organization and may focus on one or more of the following departments based on interest, experience, and team needs.
Internship Areas May Include
  • Sports Management / Assistant GM - Team operations, staffing, logistics
  • Ballpark Operations - Facility setup, event execution, game day logistics
  • Baseball Operations / Statistics - Game scoring, roster tracking, data management
  • Social Media - Content creation, live posting, digital engagement
  • Marketing & In-Game Entertainment - Promotions, fan engagement, theme nights
  • Public Address (PA) - Game announcements and in-game communication
  • Sales - Ticket sales, group outreach, sponsorship support
  • Merchandise - Retail operations, inventory, fan interaction
  • Broadcasting - Live stream production, commentary, media support
