We’re seeking a relentless Sales Representative to join our Davenport, FL academy—a state-of-the-art 6,064 sq ft facility offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai for kids and adults.

If you’re a proven closer who never gives up on a lead, thrives on crafting aggressive sales scripts, and excels at managing CRMs, this is your chance to represent a global brand and earn uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact leads from marketing campaigns via phone and in-person to sell high-value Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai training packages.

  • Engage walk-in inquiries, provide facility tours, and close sales on the spot.

  • Craft and refine aggressive yet professional sales scripts tailored to parents, adults, and diverse audiences.

  • Manage and optimize our CRM system (e.g., Zen Planner) to track leads, automate follow-ups, and boost conversions.

  • Follow up persistently with leads to achieve high conversion rates and exceed sales targets.

  • Promote new programs, such as summer camps and homeschooling classes, to drive growth.

Requirements:
