Job Description Summary:
The Junior Business Analyst will be a key member of the Business Operations (BO) Team. This role focuses on leveraging data and technology to drive sales productivity and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will use analytical tools, including Python and SQL, to automate data workflows, manage the Sales Performance Index (SPI), and provide actionable insights that support the company's growth target.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance Support: Assist in monitoring and reporting the Sales Performance Index (SPI). Help maintain dashboards that track revenue trends and sales activities.
  • Data Analysis & Insight: Collect and clean data from various sources (Snowflake, etc.) to support the analysis of customer churn and regional sales opportunities.
  • Operational Process Support: Identify inefficiencies in the "Order-to-Cash" process and assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Automation Assistance: Support the implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI tools to reduce manual administrative tasks for the sales team.
  • Sales Enablement: Update and maintain sales materials, including standard proposals and competitive analysis.

Qualifications
A. Experience & Education
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Business Analytics. (A technical/quantitative background is highly preferred).
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Prior internship experience in a data-centric role (Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Sales Ops) where programming was applied to business problems is a significant plus.

B. Core Competencies (Technical & Analytical Focus)
  • Programming & Data Tools:
    • Python Mastery: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and basic automation scripts.
    • SQL: Ability to write queries for data extraction and joining multiple relational tables.
    • Advanced Excel: Expert-level skills in Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex modeling.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate the "story" behind the numbers to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Visualization: Experience creating intuitive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proactive Innovation: A strong interest in AI/Machine Learning and its application in business process automation (RPA).

C. Preferred Domain Knowledge
  • Sales & Distribution: Familiarity with B2B wholesale metrics, CRM structures (Odoo/Salesforce), and the Lead-to-Cash cycle.
