Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
• Outpatient-focused practice averaging 18-22 patients per day with 20- and 40-minute visit templates
• Option to tailor your panel toward Family Medicine or Internal Medicine population
• Flexibility to develop clinical interests, including women's health (excluding obstetrics/prenatal care), preventive services, and chronic disease management
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric providers
• Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week
• Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) and AI Scribe support
• Great location in the Silver Lake neighborhood in Everett

Required Qualifications:
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
