Description
Rock Climbing Instructor (Ages 7-12)
We're hiring motivated Rock Climbing Instructors to guide kids through climbing challenges while ensuring safety, skill-building, and fun.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow Coppermine instruction and safety standards
  • Foster a supportive, encouraging climbing environment
  • Greet and introduce new climbers and families to the class
  • Maintain a clean, organized climbing area
  • Notify the Coordinator of any equipment or behavior issues
  • Show up early, start classes on time, and lead with confidence
  • Attend all required training sessions

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Rock climbing experience
  • Experience supervising children preferred
  • Strong focus on safety, communication, and fun
  • Available for most of the 10-week session
