• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique developmental stages and familial contexts of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and establish clear, actionable treatment goals.
• Prepare thorough documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies on record-keeping.
• Actively engage in clinical staff meetings and trainings to foster a collaborative team environment where creative intervention strategies can flourish.
• Coordinate care with case managers, schools, medical personnel, and families to deliver holistic services for clients.
• Utilize creative therapeutic techniques to inspire clients to achieve and surpass their personal treatment goals.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and peer review to continually enhance clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is required.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to relay complex ideas in an understandable manner.
• Proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with experience in Valant being a strong plus.
• Familiarity and comfort working with diverse populations is essential.
• Ability to adhere to strict ethical guidelines and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Successful completion of a background check required.

• Experience in community health settings or clinics demonstrates an understanding of the unique challenges and strengths of working in integrated service environments.
• Prior engagement with multidisciplinary teams that emphasize collaborative care practices.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
