Overview:

Join the team at One Shot Charlie’s, a beloved Harrison, Idaho, restaurant serving up great food and good vibes for over 75 years! We’re looking for passionate and reliable Line Cooks to bring their culinary skills to our tight-knit crew in the heart of North Idaho’s lake country.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook menu items with speed, consistency, and pride in our bustling kitchen.
  • Work alongside our team to ensure every dish meets our high standards.
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for action during busy shifts.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-driven environment that keeps our guests coming back.
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • 6 months to 1 year of line cook experience (or a strong desire to learn fast!).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, especially during summer tourist rushes.
  • Idaho Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain within 14 days of hire).
  • Team player with a clean, professional attitude and a love for great food.
  • Commitment to a sober, supportive workplace culture is a big plus.
