Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Intern to join our team Summer 2027. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to learn about the construction industry, project management, site operations, and safety practices. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real projects while gaining valuable field and office experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day construction site operations under the guidance of the site supervisor or project manager.
  • Help manage project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.
  • Support coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.
  • Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes.
  • Assist with estimating, scheduling, and budgeting tasks as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Perform other administrative or field duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
