What you'll do:
The Production Assembly position is responsible for assembly linework associated with the company's various product lines. This includes allpositions within the assembly, sub-assembly, and component build work centers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meet daily/weekly productiongoals.
• Readand follow operator instructions, installation drawings, blueprints, etc.
• Self-checkwork and inspect prior processes.
• Collaboratewith manufacturing & cross-functional teams (engineering, materials,purchasing, sales).
• Performrework when necessary.
• Completeall required forms and documentation.
• Maintaina clean and safe 5S work area.
• Usebasic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools correctly.
• Applyfeedback and instructions from Supervisor and/or Team Lead.
• Initiateand support process-improvement ideas.
• Trainother associates when needed.
• Anyother jobs/duties given by supervisor.
What you need to be successful:
• Use power tools and have a basicmechanical aptitude.
• Professional behavior in ateam setting.
• Self-motivated and able tostay on task with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of basic computerskills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
