Duties & Responsibilities • Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders. • Uphold and represent RPM and Domino's brand standards. • Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards. • Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards. • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership. • Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. • Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently. • Support inventory organization and restocking activities. • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment. Compensation & Benefits • Variable hourly position with competitive pay. • Flexible scheduling and team member product discounts. • Medical, dental, vision coverage available for eligible team members averaging 30+ hours per week during the designated measurement period. • 401(k) program available for eligible team members. • Ongoing training and development through RPM Pizza College. • Opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement.

Qualifications • Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. • Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle. • Strong communication and basic math skills. • Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude. • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical Demands / Working Conditions • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces. • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. • Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing. • Ability to work at stations 36"–48" high and reach shelves up to 72". • Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools. • For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
